About Me
Hi! I’m Jessica.
I'm a marketing graduate with a passion for social media, branding, and content creation. I love bringing ideas to life through engaging content and finding creative ways to connect with people online. Through both professional experience and hands-on projects, I've worked on social media management, brand development, website design, and digital content, combining creativity and strategy to help brands tell their story.
Education
I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Tech University, where I learned how thoughtful strategy and creativity come together to build meaningful brands.
Career
I have hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation and influencer partnerships through both an internship and my full-time role at Hydr8 Med Spa. As a Social Media and Patient Experience Coordinator, I’ve been able to take ownership of our social media, plan and create content, coordinate with influencers and help keep everything organized as ideas and plans are constantly changing.
While I love the creative side of social media, I’ve learned that I’m just as drawn to everything that keeps it moving behind the scenes. I enjoy being involved in the details, keeping projects organized and making sure nothing gets overlooked along the way. Each month, I also put together our social media performance report, where I analyze what performed well, what didn’t and what our audience responded to. I use those findings to help guide what we create and focus on moving forward.
My experience has helped me recognize where my strengths are and what kind of work I enjoy most. I’m especially interested in social media, content coordination and influencer marketing because they allow me to be creative while also using the organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills that come naturally to me. The work throughout this portfolio reflects that combination and gives a look into how I approach my work.
